It's a special drink of Restaurant Warisan of Terachi, Negeri Sembilan... Made of air kelapa plus gula enau... A natural sweetness and it's thirst quenching... According to Chef Ray-zie, kazen Chef Roze belah nenek menakan, cara membuatya adalah :

Btw, once we reached there, we were served air janda pulang in shot glass... With the hot weather n the long journey we went through, this came at a perfect timing... Guess it was a good way of promotion coz after having a sip, we fell in love and ordered it...
We had the chance to dine in at Restaurant Warisan on our way to PD. It's an authentic malay cuisine restaurant that serves masakan kampung. Something similar to Seri Melayu of Jalan Conlay, KL but of coz it's not the same. Since Warisan is located at Negeri Sembilan, of course, it emphasis Negeri's cuisine plus some other mixtures - Thai precisely...
This place is really cosy, located by a paddy field... Sejuk mata memandang, despite the hot sunny weather... Siap ada scare crow lagi... Comeyyy... Tetiba teringat FarmVille laks...lol.. And the landscape are really cool...

The choices are a lot, we didn't know what to order... Even came to a suggestion of ordering individual meals such as Nasi Goreng n such but to think about it, xkn la da dtg jauh2 order giteww kot...
The main point is to taste all the foods. So we decided to order a different meal each. Then we swapped among us... There were 7 of us, so basically have like 7 different cuisines.
TEMPOYAK DAUN KAYU
This is a special dish of the house. It contains numerous sayur-sayur kampung which i can't seemed to identify. But what I'm sure is, it contains lots of Petai yang dipotong kecik-kecik.. The gravy is sangat pekat probably bacause of the tempoyak as the taste of tempoyak is really strong...
GULAI AYAM MASAK LEMAK
Sangat authentic as it uses ayam kampung. Not really sure if it's ayam kampung or ayam pencen but the meat was really tough. Jenuh mengunyah... lol... But the taste was really good.
DAGING SALAI LEMAK CILI APIFrankly speaking, i don't fancy beef but i did have a try. The meat agak tough, to me... Nevertheless, i can feel the 'salai' ness (got such word, ke?) of the meat. Guess it was cooked with pucuk ubi...
Well... well... welll.... this is my personal favorite. I sangat suka ikan keli.. Tapi bab kepala, i gave to Syuk... lol... Makan badan je. OwhmygLeee....... i mean, owh-my-keLeeee.... Sedapppppppppp.... The kuah was tasty, terasa kepedasan nya and the ikan x hancur as it's been smoked (salai)... Cooked with belimbing n nenas. Ate it the last...
DAGING LADA HITAMTasty but kinda sweet. Guess it was meant to be that way kot... Nevertheless i could feel all the spices. The meat was finely sliced so it won't be too tough. Sprinkled with sesame.
SOTONG CILI KERING
Sorry to say but i guess the chilli macam x berapa masak. But not too the extend u'll get stomach discomfort la :) just that a little hot. Nevertheless the sotong are tender and it tasted good.
SUP TULANG
Well, i'm a soup lover. This is just perfect. Could feel the spices inside. Hot enough i do not need to add chilli padi and i could feel the tangy / sour feel i not need to add any lime. But unlike any soup of a normal kedai tomyam yang sangat pedas n masam, this is just nice and well blended. Tak perlu tambah apapa yet not too much.
On the other hand, the meat was tender and the tomato was not too soggy....
CENDAWAN GORENG TEPUNG
This is the most fluffy fried mushroom i've ever tasted. Sekali tengak macam udang goreng tepung as i hardly found mushroom using this batter. The batter tasted good and resulted the mushroom to taste good, too... It was served on top of fried soohoon. Someone was being extra creative and ate the soohoon with the soup... So jadik la 'soto'.. Creative, knnnn?
ULAM & SAMBAL BELACANThis is a complimentary dish by the restaurant. It contains ikan kering and ulam-ulaman, siap ada petai & jering lagikkkk...

All in all, it was a great place to dine in. Yang penting, with a wonderful company :) InsyaAllah, will come again and indulge should we happen to be around the area. Probably try night mode pulak.
