Homst with Mum

Had dinner at Homst, Chinese Muslim Restaurant... Located at section 13 Shah Alam... Right behind Tesco Extra...

It's always been our favorite dining place as it's convenient.. Reasonable.. Lotsa variety.. Delicious.. the list goes on n on... 

Nevertheless.. we had a simple dinner.. Just to share what we had...

Thai style Seabass...

Always had steam fish.. This time we wanna try sumthing different...

Gald it is sedap.. The fish is crispy and the gravy is tasty..

worth RM 38 we paid for...

Salted Egg soft shell crab...

Always loved soft crab as it is worth.. one doesn't need to go thru the hassle as the whole crab are edible...

This is my second choice besides buttered soft shell crab...

it's a must order when we 're at Homst...

it's blended mango.. served with evaporated milk and mango cubes.... 

a single bowl is good enough to be shared amongst..

That was close... Almost...

Due to my carelessness, i left something extremely precious at the surau of Petronas NKVE. 

Didn't know it happened.. I somehow took it out of my bag too search for some stuff. Put it aside. As one finishes performing their solat, they'll stack the sejadah and guess i must've overlooked it as it was already underneath the piles of sejadah.

Later, when i was having dinner and wanted to take pics of the foods (as usual :), i realized that my camera is not in my bag. And i was damn sure i got it with me. I will normally take pics via BB.. but somehow today i juz feel like taking it with my camera... Glad i did.. or else i wouldn't even realize it wasn't there...

Rushed up from Kayu Ara straight back to Petronas NKVE. I'll go to surau, if it's not there, i'll head to the counter and if it's still not there.....???? i really didn't have any idea then...

Alhamdulillah... It was safely there.. right below the piles of sejadah..

To all the wonderful ladies whom were at surau of Petronas NKVE performing their Maghrib and saw it, yet didn't make any negative attempt towards it...

Lesson learned!!!
One of it is not too abandon my precious... BB will never take it's place despite the convenience...

Earlier 2day hubs carelessly misplaced his keys.. Now me with my camera.. Things are always mutual to us - eversince we were dating.. 

Guess some things are meant to be... Wallahu a'lam...

Oldtown White Coffee (section 13 Shah Alam) sucks!!

Always been to Oldtown White Coffee, section 13 Shah Alam as it's location is rather convenience and strategic.. Ample parking, easy access n comfy..

Nevertheless, I don't deny that there are times the service is rather SLOW! Considering that it's something minor, we tend to 'close 1 eyes'..

But what happened today was a bit too much. A friend of mine, Syuk ordered BBQ Rice (or so). After sometime he still didn't get his order when Ray n Megat already got theirs. Apparently Ray's order was the one that needs extra preparation time.

When we checked, the supervisor claimed that all orders had been sent. Meaning that Syuk's order wasn't keyed in. Therefore, he had to wait another century for his meal which amounted to 1 hour and 30 minutes for a miserable dish to be served.

As for my roti bakar, it was already cold n hard when it was served. Meaning that it's served long after it is ready.

The best thing was no discount were given despite our dissatisfaction. The supervisor is not granted to do so. And no manager available.

Gonna make formal complaint and sent it straight to HQ. Enough said!!
